Our History
The Korn Ferry Academy story.
From a single ambition to nationally-recognised leader, several key milestones shaped the Korn Ferry Academy of today.
2020
Founded
Established in 2020 to translate Korn Ferry's deep global expertise, research, and proprietary frameworks into practical, applied development, our goal was to equip professionals and organisations with the capabilities needed to perform and grow.
2021
Evolved
Building on this foundation, Korn Ferry Academy continued to develop and refine programmes aligned with national workforce priorities, drawing on Korn Ferry's decades of global research, advisory experience, and insights shaped across work with over 15,000 organisations.
2023
Recognised
Korn Ferry Academy was appointed as a SkillsFuture Queen Bee in 2023, a Singapore Government initiative designed to elevate professionals nationally and ensure local businesses are even more competitive on the world stage. Through this national network we work alongside other industry leaders to build leadership capability and champion enterprise success for the region.
