The Korn Ferry Academy story.
From a single ambition to nationally-recognised leader, several key milestones shaped the Korn Ferry Academy of today.

Founded
Established in 2020 to translate Korn Ferry's deep global consulting insight into practical, applied development, our goal was to equip professionals and organisations with the capabilities needed for today, and for tomorrow.

Partnered
Drawing from decades of research, advisory experience and proprietary frameworks shaped across work with 15,000+ organisations, the launch of our services provided a unique advantage to learners and partners.
